Actually I watched ep 11 and 12 when I was in Korea since it was aired around 10pm and it's considered pretty late back there and I was going to bed but suddenly my roomate turned on the TV and it was on KBS 2 when I saw Song Joong Ki was there. I don't understand at all what they are saying but I can roughly guess what's happening and guess what Mo Yeon or Shi Jin said.
Episode 11 starts with Myeong Ju recognized as a patient of M3 virus and due to her high immune system, the chance of dropping is pretty high since by having a high immunity, the symtoms of breaking out is harder to detect and she can faint at anytime soon. By having Myeong Ju sick, Dae Yong sheds tears and finally speaks his love for her. He said, "I miss you" many times to her.
Meanwhile, Mo Yeon and Shi Jin courageously starts to win the war against the virus epidemic and they are both so lovely, even Mo Yeon starts flirting to Shi Jin by saying she has the type of ideal blood for Shi Jin. How lovey dovey they are!
Sadly, at one point of time, Argus stole the car whom Daniel was driving and took all the vaccine. Dae Yong and Shi Jin then directly chased after him and get back to the hospital as soon as possible to save Myeong Ju who was fever so much till she needs to be in bathtub with her body all over the ice. The other thing is Mo Yeon being captured by Argus who wants to deal with Shi Jin over the diamond and ask Shi Jin to secure the retreat way for him.
Shi Jin speaks up to the Korean Goverment to save the hostage ever if it's one because the live of the people is a national security itself. Commander of Special Forces commans Shi Jin to take the rescue mission without being a soldier but just being himself for 3 hours only he should be able to save Mo Yeon. Actually he is alone at first but then Team Alpha comes to help him.
He manages to save Mo Yeon and killed Argus, while he is shedding tears for killing someone who he cherish so much at the past. When he killed Argus with a gun shot, he told Mo Yeon to forget about this part of her memory but then Mo Yeon saw him cried in front of the picture of Shi Jin and Argus being together and she closed Shi Jin's eyes and told him too to forget this memory.
Mo Yeon wonders how many times Shi Jin has lied to her, regarding so many times she is worried about something but then Shi Jin said his lies is for the sake of Mo Yeon not being worried, but Mo Yeon said, at least he should tell her everything. She just want a boyfriend whom she can complain even at the most unimportant thing. But she realized that she can't do that to someone who already bears so much, who shield others from a gunshot and even every little serious words he say would contain someone's life or death. That's how much important Shi Jin is, thus he can only jokes around with her. And that's why Mo Yeon wonders whether Shi Jin is someone she can deal with.
But after thinking so hard, she decides to accept him just the way he is and asks him to promise one thing to her that he will tell her every little thing even when he is doing the life of death mission she asks him to give hint to her, saying he is going to go to supermarket which indicates that he is going to a life or death operation and so that Mo Yeon isn't left with no news at all and she can accompany him by prayers too.
I dunno why but it seems that there will be a life or death mission once again and this will leave a very deep impression since Mo Yeon already said that. Maybe the possible ending is predictable now since by giving hints like that, Mo Yeon is then prepared to lose him.
So anw, they are all going back to Korea ~
